SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want to make it easy for you to understand how our policies work. 

Here at UNBTHRD we pride ourselves with transparency and being upfront with our clients. 

--SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES--

- All orders ship within 48hrs of the order being placed. **All orders placed on Saturdays after 11AM - PST won't ship until the following Monday. 

- Shipping costs range from $8 to $15 dollars depending on the product(s) purchased. **These fees are rough estimates and might vary and they are for priority shipping through USPS. 

- Shipping times do not include processing times. 

- Shipping times displayed at check out are estimates provided by the shipping company. 

- All orders ship from California. 

- Unbthrd ships worldwide. 

- All packages are insured. 

-- RETURNS --

- All full priced items are eligible for return within the first 7 days after receiving the package. 

- Shipping fees are not refundable. 

- All SALE items are FINAL SALE. 

- All returns must be requested via email to info@unbthrdfashion.com. Our customer care team will get back to you within 24hrs of the request. 

- All return requests must include the order#. 

- UNBTHRD will provide a return label for all qualifying returns. Once label is received package must be mailed within 7 days. 

- All items must remain unworn and in the same condition they were received in. Tags must still be on the products. 

- All returns will be processed within 48 to 72 hours of the arrival of the product. 

- A refund will be issued as soon as the return has been process but depending on the financial institution it might take 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reach your account. 

--INTERNATIONAL ORDERS--

-All international orders are FINAL sale. No returns will be accepted.
